These terms govern your use of the Prime Moving USA website and the quotes we provide through it.

Quotes and Estimates

Prices shown by our online moving cost calculator are non-binding planning estimates only. A binding price is provided in a written quote after a phone, virtual or in-person walkthrough. Written quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote and assume the inventory, access and services described in that document.

Changes to Your Move

If the inventory, access, address or date changes after your quote is issued, the price may be adjusted. We will confirm any change with you before work proceeds.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Reach out as early as possible to reschedule. With reasonable notice we move your slot at no cost. Same-day cancellations may incur a fee reflecting the crew time reserved for you.

Liability and Valuation Coverage

Prime Moving USA is licensed and insured. Basic valuation coverage is included with every move, and full value protection is available at additional cost. Coverage terms, limits and claim procedures are set out in your moving documents.

Items We Cannot Move

We cannot transport hazardous materials, flammables, explosives, perishable food, live plants on long-distance moves, or cash, jewelry and irreplaceable documents. Please keep those items with you.
