How do you minimize downtime during an office move?
We schedule the physical move outside your operating hours — evenings, weekends or in phases — and we label and sequence by department so critical functions come back online first. Most small and mid-size offices close Friday and open Monday in the new space.
Do you provide certificates of insurance for commercial buildings?
Yes. We issue certificates naming your building management and, where required, your landlord and property manager, and we deliver them before move day at both origin and destination.
Can you move IT equipment and servers?
Yes. We disconnect, pad, crate and transport computers, monitors, printers and network hardware, and we coordinate with your IT team or vendor on shutdown and reconnection sequencing. We do not perform network reconfiguration itself.
How far in advance should a business book a move?
Four to eight weeks is ideal for offices over about ten employees, since building approvals, elevator reservations and COIs all take lead time. Smaller offices can often be scheduled within two weeks.
Do you offer storage for office furniture?
Yes. Secure storage is available for staged moves, downsizing or renovation gaps, with inventory tracking so items can be released in phases.
